Return Policy

Due to the nature of the specific on demand ordering process of our items, we do not offer returns and exchanges. Please pay specific attention to the ordering information, the sizing guides in the description of each apparel product and the shipping information. If there’s something incorrect with your order, such as mislabeling or incorrect sizes, please let us know by contacting us at Support@VerseShirts.Faith or by using the form on our Contact page. We can then better ascertain the situation and share the options available to you on how to proceed.

Damaged & Mislabeled Items

At VerseShirts.Faith, we pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all of our orders go through a 3-step quality check before they get shipped out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. While we don’t anticipate errors in the product quality, we understand that they can occasionally happen. For those instances, we apologize and we have a team ready to look into the order. Please email us at Support@VerseShirts.Faith and share a detailed description of the problem. Add quality photos where we can see the issue.  Please ensure that you submit the information no later than a week after the product has been received. Our customer service team will get in touch with you and figure out the best solution.

Buyer’s Remorse

We’re sorry to hear that you wish to return your order. Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse so we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.

Wrong Size Ordered

Each of the items listed on www.VerseShirts.Faith has a sizing guide. Everything is made on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product order, incurring new fulfillment and shipping costs. Please check the sizing guides carefully while viewing your product and decide which size works best for your order. If the wrong size is ordered, our return policy doesn’t cover wrongly ordered sizes so we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.

Order Not Received Or Was Lost In Transit

All of our shipping methods have tracking information. The accuracy may differ from carrier to carrier. If your item is past the estimated delivery date and you still have not received your order, please email Support@VerseShirts.Faith immediately. Please send us the carrier’s tracking identification and the confirmed shipping address at time of the order. We will verify that the correct shipping address was input for the order and will follow up with the carrier to verify all tracking progressions. If the shipping address was input incorrectly, we will get the correct address and update the shipping carrier after the package has been returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt. In the case of wrongly entered shipping addresses, you will be responsible to costs for reshipment. We will verify and get your approval prior to any reshipments. If we verify that your package is still being tracked and was scheduled to arrive by a past date or if it’s scheduled to arrive by a certain future date, but the package is stuck at some point during the delivery, we ask that you please give a couple of more days for the package to show up. If the package still hasn’t arrived, let us know no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date.

If the shipment’s tracking states that it was delivered, but you have not received it, please send an email to Support@VerseShirts.Faith. We will again check the shipment status. We realize that sometimes packages can be left in an unexpected locations at the customer addresses, so it’s important to make sure you have checked all areas around your delivery address. Once our team has checked all shipment statuses and we see that the carrier has marked it as delivered or that the carrier has provided proof of delivery or that additional details were left by the delivery staff, we regret to inform you that we do not cover refunds due to carrier errors and do not cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. If the package cannot be located, at your request, a new manual order can be completed and reshipped at your expense.

TIP: Package thefts are on the rise. If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t  be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be!

It is our utmost desire to ensure that all orders are completed with no delivery issues and no frustrations to you. All of our products are custom made on-demand and undergo a rigid quality check process. All shipping times are added on top of the fulfillment and tracking information is sent to you. Shipping delays are sometimes unavoidable, but we will do our best to inform you ahead of time when fulfillment and shipping may take longer
