Will I be charged customs for my order?

  • An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control
    and is assessed by your local customs office. The fee may also vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
  • We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally – this will minimize the risk of order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.

Order Not Received Yet. What To Do?

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following within a week after estimated delivery time:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address…
  2. Ask your local post office if they have your package…
  3. Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them…
  4. If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at Support@VerseShirts.Faith with your order number.
  5. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Order is marked as delivered – but not there.

  • In the rare case that a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient has yet to receive it, we would not cover the cost of the order.
  • Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient’s address as indicated in the original order. Please be sure to doublecheck all shipping information prior to placing the order.
